Amanda’s journey with Ighani Eye Care began on a day of love, February 14, 2022, which coincidentally marked our practice’s inaugural day. Since then, Amanda has been instrumental in shaping the ethos of our practice, embodying our values of respect, honor, and warmth in every interaction.

When asked about her role at Ighani Eye Care, Amanda’s eyes light up with enthusiasm. “I love the ophthalmology industry,” she says. “I am so blessed to work with a great team of people and two amazing doctors. Being able to help people see better is very rewarding!” Her passion for our mission is palpable, motivating us all to strive for excellence each day.
One of Amanda’s fondest memories revolves around the excitement of our opening day. It wasn’t just another Valentine’s Day for her; it was the beginning of an incredible journey filled with meaningful connections and transformative experiences.

When she’s not busy managing the ins and outs of our practice, Amanda indulges in her favorite pastimes. She’s an avid college football fan, with LSU holding a special place in her heart. On weekends, you might find her cheering for her team or cruising the serene waters of Eagle Mountain Lake, soaking in the beauty of nature.
Growing up, Amanda had a penchant for collecting Barbie dolls, a hobby that reflects her appreciation for nostalgia and simplicity. Today, her life is enriched by the presence of her adorable pets – Namur, the Yorkiepoo, and Naveen, the Morkiepoo, who undoubtedly bring joy and companionship into her world.
